Health providers are set up as a unique site with the ability to customise content based on local requirements. Regular performance and usage reports give valuable insights into your discharge communication processes. Our pilot study demonstrated that patients receiving instructions from our system:

• were more satisfied;
• had better recall of their pain medication instructions; and
• received more information about drug side effects for pain medications.

Doctors

The system was devised by doctors who understand the need for software that makes your work easier rather than more tedious. The instructions take seconds to create are easily printed and/or sent to your patient's phone. The system is already being used.
